My Goals:
My goal is to be healthy. Last summer I needed a wheelchair to see the fair. Next year I planning on walking all over the place.

My Program:
I go to Curves three times a week and work out on weights or exercise bike some days inbetween. My dog also likes a good long walk.

Personal Information:
I'm a writer. You know what that means - I sit a lot. I need to alternate writing with healthy activities. My spouse and I square dance. I love to paint in watercolor.

I'm working out three mornings a week at Curves, yet I've gained two pounds. I'm hoping that's muscle weight.

My diabetes numbers are around 100. That's good.

I appreciate all the support I can get. emoticon
