My Goals:
To remain fit and healthy during my pregnancy.
To get back to my pre-preg weight within 5 months and hopefully participate in my 4th figure competition.

My Program:
Eating healthy and trying to save 'treats' for moderation.
Drinking water (about 6 cups a day).
Vitamins.
Daily workouts.

I think that if I did try to figure compete it will be long time from now. I plan to nurse my daughter for a year like I did with my other one, and training that hard and changing y diet that much, along with the supplements, I probably wouldn't be able to lactate, plus gett my body fat that low would stop lactation also. But i do plan to at least prepare my body in case I decide to do it.

Hey, I kind of wanted to pick your brain a bit if you don't mind. You've mentioned that you did figure competing. How was that? I've thought about doing that, just to take my training to the next level. I had a co-worker that did it, and I would see her work out, so I know I can hang with the workouts, but the nutrition part, not so sure about that. Any thoughts? Also, what supplements did you take?

Hey- i just saw your post on the June Weigh-ins. Where have I been? I am a stay at home mom right now. I'm actually a student as well, trying to finish my degree in health and human performance before I actually have to start paying for my education, Thank-you GI Bill!! kineseology?! That's awesome, what school did you go to?
