Personal Information:
My name is Phyllis but I have been called MawMaw for lots of years now. I am 73 years old, live in the country in southwest Indiana. Through my life I have tried WeightWatcher, TOPS and lots of things that make me cringe now in hindsight. The Spark Program is the first time that I have taken control of my own program and made it just for me instead of following the "one size fits all" outlined for me by others.

Other Information:
My joys, besides my large beautiful family, are any type of sewing, knitting, quilting, etc. and sitting on the front porch with a good book!

What is a Workout?

A workout is a form of rebirth. When you finish a good workout, you don't simply feel better, YOU FEEL BETTER ABOUT YOURSELF.
