Meeting adversity well is the source of my strength

I am 50 years old, and I am in a training program online to become a medical transcription editor. I am basically starting over, so I am scared, overwhelmed and excited all at the same time. I have some medical conditions that affect my energy level, so I am not always up to keeping up with all my goals. My Goals:
Enter a summary of your goals, or just a few you would like to share.

1. Track food eaten 6/7 days a week.
2. Measure portions.
3. Assess weight and other factors on a daily basis to stay on top of things.

My Program:
Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals.
Healthy foods, more movement (watch t.v., move during commercials, some simple movement exercises during the show). Stick to running plan.
