How did your week go? I did not get in as much exercise as planned, only 2 true workouts, and 1 day walking/shopping last week. I promise to get in 4-5 workouts this weekend: Monday - 5:15 am Turbo Fire, Tuesday - 5:45 pm Zumba, Wednesday - 5:30 pm Zumba, Thursday - 5:15 am Turbo Fire, Friday - 5:15 am Turbo Fire. I would like to get in a 5:45 pm Body Pump class on Monday evening, too - but it truly depends on how my Monday at work goes...no promises there.

Thanks for the friend add. I did gymnastics from age 3-21 (still doing roundoff flip-flops at 30 - but haven't tried in the past few years), danced from age 6-21 (ballet, pointe, jazz, modern, character, and tap), and was a H.S. and college cheerleader.
I love doing Zumba now, as it's dance-based cardio, as well as Turbo Jam and Turbo Fire b/c they're so high-energy!
