180 lbs - Made it! July 2012
169lbs - Finally will be out of the obese BMI and into overweight.
-Reward new clothes!
MADE IT! - Sept 2012
Getting 'new' clothes from the basement that I haven't worn in about 6 years has been a great reward!
152 - will be 50 lbs lost since starting spark
DONE! September 2012
140 lbs will put me into a healthy BMI - If I can ever accomplish this goal I think I will need to reward myself with a tropical vacation!! And of course I will need new clothes for the trip!
(update will need to think of a new reward as I will reach this before I can afford a trip)
134 lbs - This is my lowest adult weight that I remember. I felt good and healthy at that weight.
