Life is good
Here I am almost to my half century mark looking to get healthy and lose a little weight. I have had an overactive thyroid . Now under active. I have had multiple knee surgeries with one being replaced. I also have Arnold-Chiari malformation and had the surgery to correct that. I also have spinal arthritis. New to all of this so I am not sure what all to say. I love the outdoors, camping, fishing, gardening. I also love to cook. Looking forward to being fit and healthy. Just enjoying life !!
