I am a nature girl being outside is a requirement for me I thrive with nature and shrink when I have to spend too much time inside. Animals are my favorite creatures : ) if there is a puppy and a baby in the room I usually go "oh look a puppy"
Thanks for stopping by my page and appreciate your comments. I have been checking out Dr. Fuhrman and want to buy his book when I get a chance to go to the book store. I've been eating healthier since last July when I started on the Prism diet. I'm no longer quite that strict on the program, but it gave me a lot of healthy recipes, and I've elimanated pop, reduced my sugar to occasionally, and reduced my use of white flour. I retired last May and really got serious about losing some weight and being more active. I have not had a cold or been ill in over a year now.
