Thank you again for helping me out yesterday, you and Anna made the new environment and exercises more comfortable! My legs and arms are sore for good reason, but my back below the neck, where the barbell was sitting for the squat, is also sore. Do you think this is just because it was a new exercise or was there something in my form I can improve on? I plan on trying this exercise more often now that I know how well it works!

Go to View my Sparkpage and then Edit my SparkPage (upper right hand I believe) then in the upper right hand again there is a box for Share My Nutrition Tracker. Click it! THEN on the bottom right hand there is a spot for you to change your profile picture so we can see your lovely face with the posts. And finally in the Title section make sure to put I LOVE Veggies & I LOVE Running. :)
