So sorry you are struggling right now. I have always had a problem with eating in the late evenings too. I started planning it! I set out a list of things that I will snack that evening making sure each thing is something that won't damage my efforts. This way, I don't just mindlessly eat too much of something that will sabotage me. I guess it's all about eating mindfully for me.
