    loved hearing from ya! I'm okay, but gained SO MUCH weight back, and am having heart health issues, so I have to have to have to get serious about losing it again and doing cario regularly!!!!!!

    Still moseying along. Seeing the scale move down slowly, but I am being militant about what I am letting pass my lips. Told my son that if this latest experiment doesn't work I am seriously considering anorexia. It is awful! How are you doing?

    I am on day 4 of watching every morsel that enters my mouth. Weighing and measuring and tracking and counting. Needed to tighten the reins as my pants were getting to tight. I have a closet full of clothes and only a few actually fit (tightly) and I refuse to buy bigger ones. I have nobody to blame but me. I walked Monday and Wednesday and will walk tonight. Have school Tuesday so no time on that day. I am averaging 3.5-4 miles and my hips are not happy with me. So out of shape. But I am on my way back to being slim, active and healthy! I will check back with you next Monday after the weigh in and I will have good news. Even if it is not what I want or expect, not giving up!
