Off to the races!

I love NASCAR, football, baseball, well, actually most sports as a spectator. I met my husband Country/Western dancing in Hawaii, of all places. I lived there for 20 years. We have now been married for 29 years and still love rooting for our different drivers and teams-makes for a VERY interesting household on race and gamedays!

My Goals:
I want to reach a good, healthy weight that makes it possible for me to do more fun things than I do now. I want to be comfortable in my own skin and not have to think twice before saying yes to an outing. I really don't like having to think about location, stairs, seating, and what I would be wearing before accepting an invite to do something.

My Program:
I have accepted a job as a dog walker and love that it gets me moving during the week in addition to my own cardio and strength exercise program. I look for Spark exercise videos that challenge me. I track my exercises so I can increase reps as well as add new exercises to work different muscle groups and to keep my interest. I track my food to have a reference to look back on when things don't seem to be going in the right direction, coupled with my fitness tracker, it really helps me to adjust my program to reach my goals.

"If you always put limits on everything you do, physical or anything else, it will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus; and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them."
