Hi! I'm Maureen, and I love to move it. I like walking, a bit of jogging, swimming, and other activities that get me moving! I have a tendency to overdo it, though - I'm either working myself to death, or not moving hard enough.
Sports have kept us going the last few years. My husband is now employed (big YEAH!!!) and my youngest son is in college. I have two sons, Matt and Mike. Matt's working into a rotation at the catcher position for Mesa College's baseball team, so wish him the best. He's feeling sore. Mike's selling vacuums like crazy at the Sears and they keep him hopping.
I'm active in my church and my community, and I want to make a bigger difference - hoping to light a spark under my fanny and get moving!!
To lose weight, to lose stress, to gain friends, and to live a more healthy life physically, emotionally and spiritually. :-)
Eating healthy & drinking water, tracking, but with no real restrictions. Starting to exercise on regularly. Meeting with my friends at church, staying active. :-) Really want to run a 10K. :-)
I'm from San Diego and spent most of my life here. I have a wonderful husband and two boys in college, a nice home, a great job, and friends here in San Diego. I've always struggled with my weight - people often don't notice, but I do have a time of it.
My favorite movie is the Princess Bride, but I also like action films and drama. I love to read, and I really like Shakespeare plays! I like cooking, sewing, crochet, photography, hiking, walking, swimming, music, singing, and writing. Can't find time to do all of it, but that's the way it goes! I do a little something fun every day.
