I am from Brazil which makes my English a little bad (even after two years of intensive study...anyway, one day will be better!!) sory about any mistake in my writing, this is definetly the hardest part of learn English!
I've struggled with my weight , since 2007 when I decided to loose weight and I did it, but extremelly fast (i did not eat at all and exercise) I went down to 100 pounds and in 4 months i got 17 pounds back ( actually, 5 more than my normal) yes, I was always around 107 to 111 (49-50 kg) my entire life. Now, I've been trying to go back to my weight at that time (47kg), but in a healthy way so does not go back in four months right after..
Since I moved to US my life changed completed and I miss my friens, family, everything! so...the smart (being sarcatistic) here...found that eat would supply all that. Of course I was wrong! All that happende was the scale up to 115...
I know I am not fat, but I am an emotional eater and if I did not move a lot the way i do, I would be weighing a lot more!! because I eat, and I eat a lot, crap, of course!
Anyway, I am getting married in January of 2010 and I really want be on my goal 102 (47 kg) In fact, I want to active my goal before, I know I can, I already did itI just need to find help for my emotional eating problem and be persistent, find my balance.

does not matter how much you fight about (like I do everyday) unfortunatelly do not exist maggical form it is all about diet and exercises! be foucus, be persistent!
In addition to all that I would like to try new things when talks about sports; I never did more than enought to keep my body in a "okay" shape, now I want more!
I want run a marathon for the first time...
I want get a rode bike and be able to go up a big hill
I want to make my fiance proud of me and specially be able to go with him during his 4 hours cycling!
I found the Sparkpeople three weeks ago looking for a calories information and after read a bunge of profiles I got the guts to start my page as well!
Do not be an emotional eater anymore!
DO NOT FIX EMOTIONS AND BOREDOM WITH FOODS!
Eat healthy, eat clean DO NOT BINGE FOOD ANYMORE!
Go down to 102 (47kg)
lift HEAVY weight
be toned and be able to see my muscles, have a body similar to a competitor, body builder person
feel proud of my self. Be able to say I did it! and I can do a lot more!
run my first 5k in 2009
*at around 1200 to 1400 cal per day most part protein and fibers.
*STOP EAT JUNK FOOD (CRAKERS, ALL KIND OF CHIPS, COOKIES, MILK CHOCOLATE, EMPTY SUGARS)
*Eercises 6 times week:
( and do not think because I exercise I can eat!)
4 times HEAVY lift weight
(increase the weights each month and 1/2)
*2 times/week upper body + abs
*2 times/week lower body + abs
* 6 times/week cardio - 30 min
*3 times/week run
(increase speed and time gradually)
1 cheat meal on the weekend but inside my cal couter of 1200-1400
#weight myself on mondays and fridays everyweek!
#measures once a month
#once week take a pictureof my body!

...99 and six pack stomach: piercing!!

travel, sushi, shopping, cats, beach, feel my body painful after a good exercise with weights (weird, I know...), chocolate, sun, my brother ( I will not list everybody I love here, but he is far from me right know, and he is the person who more gives me motivation when comes from exercise, so he deserves it!! ;-) )
