    Hi! I've been dealing with some health issues so I haven't been posting on the Tracy team lately and just saw your question. I'm sure you've figured it out by now, but I would have moved on to the next level. I've read Tracy's books and own all her DVDs and it's about connecting with your body, and doing your best to give your best performance each time, but definitely not about perfection.
