Slow, steady and long term weight loss.
Incorporate a realistic fitness program into my life.

Eat real food; not processed.
Reduce portion sizes. Exercise regularly 4-5 times a week
Work on upper body strength, balance, and posture.

Personal Information:
Short term goal: My son is getting married nto a wonderful young woman. I am so happy for them and want to feel and look my best on their big day.
Long term goal: get to a healthy weight so I can be actively engaged with everything that life has waiting for me.
