My Goals:
My Goal is to live a Healthy life and to get to my desired weight and maintain it and to Tone my body.
My Program:
I am up every work day mornings at 5:00am where I do 20 mins of strength training and 20 min of Cardio M-W-F and T-T I only do Cardio for 30-35 minutes.I try and eat healthy fresh Veggies are my Favorite and I drink over 8 glasses of water a day!
