Welcome back to SP! Glad to be your SHRED buddy :)

I have not yet completed a 5k and I have just completed Week 4. I think I'll continue through to the end of the program, and then maybe I'll back it up a few weeks and try running at a higher intensity. In the spring I'll be ready to go!
