Choosing to Do the Hard Work

I know I can do this...I can feel it inside. In the past I have had to change how I go about this getting more fit and healthy. As I age, apparently there in a process of reinventing how to accomplish my goals. Because, what I did before don't work now...OK...

Its Aug 2009 and I choose to do the hard work and accept me.
I choose to begin today again, and do the things I can do (duh, I know), and explore ways to accomplish steps toward where I want to be, and feel the way I ...

Its Aug 2009 and I choose to do the hard work and accept me.
I choose to begin today again, and do the things I can do (duh, I know), and explore ways to accomplish steps toward where I want to be, and feel the way I want to feel, in spite of realities.
On my spark people team, I have come to embrace this notion of remembering every moment, Life is Good. A friend here on SP reminds me every day...how good life is. Last year was tough, and there has not been enough time for me. Time to refocus and Choose Me!
But how do I choose me? Good question. I have to take a good look at what should be at the top most on my priority list. Today I start doing what I need to do...I know what that is. Just gotta do it. And that means doing the things I need to do, not doing the things I shouldn't and having a good attitude about it. And when I make a mistake, not getting negative but regroup and re-focus and go forward.
I sense a settling and a chance to refocus. I am grateful.
So today I begin anew...I have challenged my team and this amazing group of people have joined me. They truly inspire and support me. How lucky could be?

You know...all the right stuff.

No plans to rebuild, but they are looking at options to use an existing building somewhere in town... They are still considering all options, so nothing's certain yet. Thanks for commenting on my blog. Hope today is a better day for you.
