To anyone who visits my page; what are some good exercises to do on my walking/running days and what should I do on my non cardio days. My workout plan currently is:

1 day Cardio, Strength, Cardio, Strength, Cardio, Rest, Cardio.

Is this a good setup, is there a better set up?
