Hey Matt I added you as a friend. I've done my best workouts at home using video workouts by various "celeb" trianers. Mostly Tony Horton. But I had the rotator cuff on my right shoulder repaired last winter and am in the last 2 months of healing. It's been the longest year of my life.
I've been geocaching on and off for a couple years and have I think 81 finds, no hides and one travel bug on my car. I really enjoy it, but also am not very comfortable meeting up with strangers, so I have no geocaching buddies other than my daughter once in a great while.
Anyway, I've just started training for the Sparkpeople virtual 5K run. I've never been a runner, but I figure if I can't train my upper half much I'll work on the bottom half. I'm thinking maybe for the winter I might join a gym so I can keep running by using their treadmills.
