My Reasons Why:

I think in order to try and keep it all in perspective it is important to write down your reasons for Why Am I Doing This. To me these are the NSV (Non Scale Victories) that you want to see happen more than the total number of pounds lost.

In no particular order:

Be more active with my fiance
Be able to walk up a flight of stairs normally, without stepping, stopping, stepping
Be able to fit in a booth at a resaurant
Be able to fit in a normal sized chair
Be able to buy clothes that fit without having to get a part time job.
Have someone notice and compliment weight loss
Have someone ask How did you do it?
Be able to solve "reach" issues
To be able to keep up with family while doing a mundane task such as Shopping and not lagging behind like a complete stranger.
To be able to stand up from chair or couch without having to think about it first.---I CAN DO THIS NOW
To be able to play Basketball again.
To be able to play Racquetball
To be able to walk into a Gym without feeling as if every eye in the place is on me
To have no more knee pain
To prove to myself that I can do it.
To live a healthier life.
More to come as they pop up!

UPDATED REASONS WHY

To be able to buy a Dallas Cowboy Jersey (and wear it)
To be able to tie my shoes
To be able to put socks on without it being a chore
To be able to do squats
To be able to do push ups
To basically do any lower body exercises
To be able to sit in a church pew without squeezing in.
