Trying again...

Hi! I'm Sonja, I'm 28 and currently live in the United Kingdom. I've had a lot of major changes the past 3 years, and weight gain has been one change I'm NOT happy with.

I'm in a pattern I really don't want to keep with - I start feeling disgusted by my weight, I come here and make a plan to lose it, and within a week something that happens that pushes me off the bandwagon. I start all over again eventually, but only after adding more weight :(

Yay for starting again! I joined SP in September and didn't do so well...my levels spiked high and low on all sides and then I moved house which left me absent on SP for about 2 weeks. So, I restarted and have been a lot better about exercising regularly (like actually doing the exercises I have scheduled and adding an extra cardio day) and staying within my food limits (last night I really wanted baked apples for dessert but because I was already at 1295 calories I went without). Good luck on this round and keep up the good work!
