Finally Getting Healthy!

Recently my goals have changed again, I ran two half marathons this summer, and although I was in good enough shape to run them I didn't lose any weight while training. I'm here now to once and for all get rid of the extra weight I have and start enjoying how I look and love the way I feel!

My Program:
My goal is to focus on eating right as much as possible. I also plan on doing some form of exercise every day. I'm trying to get into Bikram Yoga which I am currently really enjoying!

Thanks for your comment on my blog post. Adding you as a friend b/c we have similiar goals. B/c I'm dealing with all the new stuff of weeding out negative-thinking and not having a support system in "real life", your comment meant more than usual. Thanks for your comment on my blog I would love to be fitbit your fitbit friend. Where do you wear your fitbit? Today I was sitting in my car and I was racking up steps so I don't think it was quite accurate.
