Finally Getting Healthy!

Recently my goals have changed again, I ran two half marathons this summer, and although I was in good enough shape to run them I didn't lose any weight while training. I'm here now to once and for all get rid of the extra weight I have and start enjoying how I look and love the way I feel!

One thing that I plan on doing is running in the Disney World Marathon next January! I'm putting it out there so that I know people are counting on seeing the pictures and hearing about it so I ...

My Program:
My goal is to focus on eating right as much as possible. I also plan on doing some form of exercise every day. I'm trying to get into Bikram Yoga which I am currently really enjoying!
