I am going to remain serious about my lifestyle change. I want more energy. I want to be able to go into a store and buy something that is not an XL. I want my cholesterol to go down and of course I want to get to a healthy weight and BMI combination.

I have started a 12 week contest with some co-workers. We put money in the pot and one can win half for losing the most % weight and the other half for most inches lost.

I am hoping this will be the extra kick in the ...

My Goals:
To Firm up the love handles.

To lose inches and weight.

To have a healthy BMI.

March 2010 monthly goals:

Drink min. 64 oz a day of water

Exercise min. 30 min 4 times a week

Do my PT workout min. of 2 times a week.

Eat 2 servings of fruit and veggies everyday.



My Program:
Cutting back on sugars, simple carbs, and bad fats. To increase my exercise and to add diversity.

Personal Information:
I live in Kansas City, Missouri. I love to play tennis, hence my email MATENNIS@msn.com.

My dog Josie and I like to visit the doggie parks occassionally.

Other Information:
I love to read and two of my favorite books are The Catcher in the Rye and To Kill a Mockingbird.

I love to workout to my favorite artist, Madonna. I would love to have her arms.
