Something to prove

Last year, I went from 175 pounds to 150 pounds in 10 month or so. However, in november 2010, I got a boyfriend and started eating again. I am now currently at 160 pounds (5,7 by the way). I really don't look overweight and my exercice is really really good (better then it was when I loss weight!). I reallllly have problems with my eating habbits. I never feel full !! Everyday I start over and over. I tell myself "Tomorrow I will eat better!" I do not want to be on a diet. I really want this to ...

My Goals:
I would like to weight in at 140 to145 pounds when I start university :) (fall 2012)

I want to be in control of my body and not feel like food controls me



My Program:
I exercice almost everyday. I try to walk at least one hour or more. On my cardio days I do elliptical (I am thinking of starting running)
I also do weight training 3 times a week.
I must control my eating habits though -_-
