Not just thin, healthy too!
Many folks ask how I shed half of my body weight in 2000, dropping from 240 to 120 lbs. The key to my 120 lb. weight loss has been slowly building healthy habits into my daily life, and adopting a plant based diet. I also educate myself by researching the latest information on healthy living. I also educate myself by researching the latest information on healthy living. I incorporate ideas that work with my lifestyle like wearing a Fitbit to ensure that I make my 10 flights of stairs and 10k daily step goals. I chuck those that don't work for me such as no eating after 7 p.m. I strive to take at least one healthier step forward each day than back; slow and steady wins the race!

I've just earned my Certificate in Plant Based Nutrition from Cornell University online. I want to use what I've learned to help improve the heath of my friends and family.
