My Goals:
I just became a grandfather at 51.

I'd love to dance with her at her wedding, but need to get and stay healthy.

I'd like to lose 50 pounds, as on this week, I'm about 1/2 way there...

My Program:
1. Regulate calories - about 1,600. DOING IT

2. Exercise 5 days per week. DOING IT

3. Make wise eating choices. DOING IT

4. Join a gym. DONE

5. Incorporate weights. DONE

6. Join a spin class. DOING IT 2 x weekly


Personal Information:
I love spinning and have recently taken up swimming.
I use SparkPeople's workout schedule and I'm feeling the difference.
I'm a former Army Drill Sergeant and I'm really ticked off that I allowed myself to gain the weight I did. Now I'm getting back at it.
