I'd love to dance with her at her wedding, but need to get and stay healthy.
I'd like to lose 50 pounds, as on this week, I'm about 1/2 way there...
1. Regulate calories - about 1,600. DOING IT
2. Exercise 5 days per week. DOING IT
3. Make wise eating choices. DOING IT
4. Join a gym. DONE
5. Incorporate weights. DONE
6. Join a spin class. DOING IT 2 x weekly
I love spinning and have recently taken up swimming. I use SparkPeople's workout schedule and I'm feeling the difference. I'm a former Army Drill Sergeant and I'm really ticked off that I allowed myself to gain the weight I did. Now I'm getting back at it.
