Winner for weight loss
I have been a warrior on fighting the battle of the bulge most of my life. There were times when a battle was won. I've realized that the older you get the harder it is to wear an "S" on your chest to fight fat! I have tried the fad quick diets with success only to go back to old "mindless eating" habits. I once again declare war on obesity and look to be the best in 2012!!

The sparkpeople program has helped me count calories. I work out every morning and evening.
Rec center in the mornings; home gym/treadmill in the evenings.

Started 2009 turning 50 years old. 2011...once again looking to drop some weight so i don't feel my age!
Other Information:
A once weekend warrior athlete; more time now with my son and wife. We stay active.
