Thanks for your support on my half Iron triathlon blog. It was so nice having my daughter and her friends there. They took lots of good pictures, too. Very difficult course, hard swim and very hot at the run portion. Wish I had gotten a real time for the complete course, I usually do very well in the heat compared to others. 471 days ago

I do strength training, aerobics, dance, walk, hike, yoga, pilates....anything I feel like for the day. Right now, I"m just doing 10 minutes a day for a while, to build consistency. I could do more, but I've noticed that when I try to do more, I burn out. So I'm just sticking to 10. 517 days ago
