A Mom of Four

I am a mom of 4, three boys and my little princess. My two oldest are in in college: USC and Junior college. My 16 year old is in 11th grade & my little one will be starting 3rd grade in September. How time flies!!

In June, I did the Camp Pendleton Mud Run again after saying, Never again. It wasn't as bad as the first time. Looking forward to doing it again next June with my friend and boys (including husband!) My next big thing is training for my first 1/2 marathon. Need to ...

Staying on track w/ my food

My Program:
I do cardio almost every day. I will either spin, run, do the arc trainer or hike. I strength train 2-3 times a week by taking classes and boxing. I need to start tracking my food better. If I could just do that along with m exercising I'd be in great shape.


Personal Information:
I was born in New York, but moved to California when I was 12. I did my major growing up here. I am married with 4 children who mean the world to me. I am a stay at home mom who keeps busy working out, driving carpool and helping out in school.

Other Information:
I love to take a spin class whenever I can. I am a workoutaholic. It's better then some other addictions I could be addicted to. I love to hike with my friends 1 a week. I love to spend as much time with my family as possible. College football (go USC!) is on the top of the list from September to January.

Congrats on your daughter playing the entire game. You're setting your own good example.
My oldest grandson just joined the Navy, and has been accepted into AIRR school. He had some tough pre-recruit training training to complete before he was accepted. So proud of him!

So I thought my ankle was good until I went and ran down my stairs and the pain that shot into my ankle was not good...so I think come tomorrow I will be doing laying exercises again for the ankle and using my machines...hopefully it will be enough to help me lose wait and tighten up the legs. emoticon emoticon

Good going on your leg workout!! THat is such a good feeling! Yep looks like tomorrow I can do that 56 minute dvd lol that was a really weird twist to my ankle. Yeah you gotta do what is working for you and being able to wear the jeans that were to tight for you is....AWESOME!! emoticon

Hi Chana!! lol thanks! And that was even wiht screwing up on high carb days!! Thanks the ankle it was weird I twisted it wrong and it hurt bad if I moved it a certain way but I can walk on it and its feeling much better so hopefully Friday I can do that leg workout emoticon I really do miss carb cycling with you...hows your eating doing...got a good eating plan going?? emoticon
