A Mom of Four

I am a mom of 4, three boys and my little princess. My two oldest are in in college: USC and Junior college. My 16 year old is in 11th grade & my little one will be starting 3rd grade in September. How time flies!!

In June, I did the Camp Pendleton Mud Run again after saying, Never again. It wasn't as bad as the first time. Looking forward to doing it again next June with my friend and boys (including husband!) My next big thing is training for my first 1/2 marathon. Need to ...

Staying on track w/ my food

My Program:
I do cardio almost every day. I will either spin, run, do the arc trainer or hike. I strength train 2-3 times a week by taking classes and boxing. I need to start tracking my food better. If I could just do that along with m exercising I'd be in great shape.


Personal Information:
I was born in New York, but moved to California when I was 12. I did my major growing up here. I am married with 4 children who mean the world to me. I am a stay at home mom who keeps busy working out, driving carpool and helping out in school.

Other Information:
I love to take a spin class whenever I can. I am a workoutaholic. It's better then some other addictions I could be addicted to. I love to hike with my friends 1 a week. I love to spend as much time with my family as possible. College football (go USC!) is on the top of the list from September to January.

I just love You tube!! I checked out my netflix and for some reason exercise does not come up....so I phoned netflix and the lady who answered said that they do have some workout stuff but my computer was not allowing me access to it...good grief go figure... emoticon its my luck lol. thanks my sleep was AWESOME!! Not hopefully tonight it will be just as goood I am using my elliptical for exercise again maybe that will help instead of a pure high adrenaline rush workout like zumba. Have you checked out you tube yet? emoticon

Oh emoticon emoticon ..ture enough...but could you ask your trainer when and how often you should take a break from heavy exercise? I have always wanted to know that emoticon Hope your day is a good one!

Hey don't feel guilty your body does need time to rest!Yep you do need to take time off from working or else you will be facing that dreaded word...BURNOUT!! lolGood going on taking 3 days off! Hey may I ask how often your training recommends you take time off...like do you go for 3 weeks straight and take 3 days off or do you workout 6 days per week for 4 weeks and then take 3 days off?? Or what?? emoticon emoticon

Thanks...yep good saying!! Thanks its good to have my house back to myself and my sister share looking after mom...mom is a wonderful great person and she deserves our help...but it is hard at times...to see her so sick is disheartening...and taking her to the hospital was time consuming...but I really didn't mind doing it...just really missed not getting in my workouts....so yep its ME TIME!! lol time to workout!! emoticon
