A Mom of Four

I am a mom of 4, three boys and my little princess. My two oldest are in in college: USC and Junior college. My 16 year old is in 11th grade & my little one will be starting 3rd grade in September. How time flies!!

In June, I did the Camp Pendleton Mud Run again after saying, Never again. It wasn't as bad as the first time. Looking forward to doing it again next June with my friend and boys (including husband!) My next big thing is training for my first 1/2 marathon. Need to ...

My Program:
I do cardio almost every day. I will either spin, run, do the arc trainer or hike. I strength train 2-3 times a week by taking classes and boxing. I need to start tracking my food better. If I could just do that along with m exercising I'd be in great shape.


Personal Information:
I was born in New York, but moved to California when I was 12. I did my major growing up here. I am married with 4 children who mean the world to me. I am a stay at home mom who keeps busy working out, driving carpool and helping out in school.

Other Information:
I love to take a spin class whenever I can. I am a workoutaholic. It's better then some other addictions I could be addicted to. I love to hike with my friends 1 a week. I love to spend as much time with my family as possible. College football (go USC!) is on the top of the list from September to January.

Yeah side stitches hurt! Wow on the hiking!! I want to do that!! lol good going on getting sore!! Today I did a super fun workout I got in Ripped With HiiT Circuit HiiT Upper Body!!I n this workout Cathe was using light weights but boy did she get me with those light weights!!! lol emoticon emoticon

Lol yep no excuses!! In fact speaking of excuses today I had a side stitch and almost didn't od a workout today but I did one and I am so glad I did!! I did K.C.M. Cardio Quick Fix #2 and it was great! Perfect for today!! Hows your day going? emoticon

lol thanks for the bananas emoticon I have a banana every other day (just on high carb days) in my protein shake and it keeps those nasty cramps away...lol eat a BIG one you really need it...you won't cramp up if you do...I hope emoticon

Thanks Chana love kicking it like this! I LOVE a great workout! And my energy is coming back!! I even got half my house cleaned today emoticon emoticon Sorry about your calf hope it feels better...have you tried bananas they work great for me....if I don't get in my bananas I cramp up big time? emoticon
