I do strength training, aerobics, dance, walk, hike, yoga, pilates....anything I feel like for the day. Right now, I"m just doing 10 minutes a day for a while, to build consistency. I could do more, but I've noticed that when I try to do more, I burn out. So I'm just sticking to 10. 378 days ago

Thanks! I have a few triathlons and one half ironman before the big day, so I thought it was good to take advantage of all that training and do the full, instead of a third Half Ironman.
