A Mom of Four

I am a mom of 4, three boys and my little princess. My two oldest are in in college: USC and Junior college. My 16 year old is in 11th grade & my little one will be starting 3rd grade in September. How time flies!!

In June, I did the Camp Pendleton Mud Run again after saying, Never again. It wasn't as bad as the first time. Looking forward to doing it again next June with my friend and boys (including husband!) My next big thing is training for my first 1/2 marathon. Need to ...

Staying on track w/ my food

Continue the exercise routine that I am doing

My Program:
I do cardio almost every day. I will either spin, run, do the arc trainer or hike. I strength train 2-3 times a week by taking classes and boxing. I need to start tracking my food better. If I could just do that along with m exercising I'd be in great shape.


Personal Information:
I was born in New York, but moved to California when I was 12. I did my major growing up here. I am married with 4 children who mean the world to me. I am a stay at home mom who keeps busy working out, driving carpool and helping out in school.

Other Information:
I love to take a spin class whenever I can. I am a workoutaholic. It's better then some other addictions I could be addicted to. I love to hike with my friends 1 a week. I love to spend as much time with my family as possible. College football (go USC!) is on the top of the list from September to January.

Hi Chana! lol you think s? This morning I work up with the stomach flu...oh the joys of looking after school aged children...lol. But hey yesterday's workout got me good and sore! Even my tri's got it!! emoticon

Awesome going with your exercise!! Yeah is that eating seems to be harder to stick to? But hey this wekk even with this flu I am doing great in the eating department!

Yeah lets! Do this together! emoticon

lol me too glad my daughter will be quitting her evening shift emoticon things will hopefully get back to normal! Or as normal as things can get around here emoticon

No, DW wasn't there for this race. I don't think she even approved of my doing it, 'cuz of my fainant spell several months ago. She said the same thing that you did "you're #1 in my book" when I told her about the race results mix up. Thanks for your support, big hugs to you and the family! Vic
