Time For a Change!

In my '40's; need to be more active; eat less and better; SLEEP WAY MORE; and set a good healthy example to my 2 young sons. Also, I want to be able to keep up with them and not embarrass them as they get older.

My Goals:

Thank you for the comments on my blog about meeting Alta. I have really been questioning myself - my lack of progress, my resistance to commitment, my "who cares" attitude about my goals - so meeting her at this precise time was so important to me. She's like my "goal angel" and I picture her reaching for that stop sign when I'm thinking about quitting and it pushes me to go on for just a little farther. I truly believe these "angels" are sent to us for a purpose!
