A little slice of sasifation...

I am a 23 year old, just trying to make it in life. I graduated college and landed a well paying, stable, job. I have been changing my life style for almost 3 years. It's had it's ups and downs but over all I'm been on the down hill. Loosing 25lbs so far is inspiration to keep going, no matter the gruling pace. I come and go but this website has always been my home and my fall back plan when things don't go quite right.

diet (semantics) a particular selection of food, especially as designed or prescribed to improve a person's physical condition or to prevent or treat a disease.
Yes this is a lifestyle. And yes this is a way of life. Agreed.
But I've been trying to lose the weight for the past few years and have been hitting plateaus...so I am looking for solutions.
After watching Dr. Lustig, Dr. Weil, Gary Taub, (all on YouTube) and reading WHEAT BELLY by Dr. Davis....I have lots of questions.
