One Day at a Time - One Pound at a Time

I'm here because I want and need to lose weight, lots of weight. Because of a back injury, I've not been able to find effective exercise to help with weight loss. And of coarse the excess weight makes the chronic back pain much worse. I'm hoping to find some ideas here.
