Looking for inspiration . . .
Hi everyone, I am a 51 year old who, just over a 18 months ago, lost 5st 2lb. I have however now gained about 1st and I do not want it all to creep back on. In addition, I feel more lethargic and fed up with myself for letting this happen. So I am determined to get back on track and start again. My exercise levels have also dropped since I developed a strained tendon in my foot which doesn't seem to wan to heal. So I'm hoping for ideas and suggestions and support from everyone. So onwards ...
