Started on this journey on 1/1/10 with my family. As of the end of June, have lost about 80 pounds! Still have around 45 to go.
2/20/12 - lost 95# in 2010, and then gained back 55# :(
Going to try this again. Want to lose the 55# and then at least another 10#, to get down to 150#.

I thought of you this morning and how our renewed commitments are coinciding at this time and I thought I'd stop by your tracker and congratulate you on walking 44 minutes yesterday. And 30 minutes so far today, can you hear me cheering you on!!! Keep up the good work and healthy food choices. We CAN get to our goals!
