I'm a 44 y/o stay at home mom to 3 boys. Their ages are 10, 8 and 5. We have 3 beautiful dogs. I would like to lose 82 pounds within the next year. I am starting to become concerned about my health. I am tired of being the ''fat mom.''

I am a stay at home Mom with 3 beautiful little boys. My ''baby'' is now 5 1/2 yrs old (OMG!). I am waaayyyyy past due for losing the post-baby fat.
