My Goals:
I want to be physically fit in order to improve my strength, and to prevent cardiovascular disease. I want to drink more water. I want to be a healthy role model for my daughters.

My Program:
I am adding exercise to my life daily. I'm starting off slow, and increasing my activity everyday. I know I'll have better results if I can take "one step at a time" versus my typical all or nothing attitutde.

Personal Information:
I am a registered dietitian with a family. My favorite thing to do is to spend time with my family. I love my Catholic faith, and work very hard to be a good Christian and to love my neighbor as I love myself.
This can be hard at times but I'm always striving to do what God wants me to do and not necessarily what I want to do.
I love to cook and are always looking for new recipes to try.

Other Information:
The harder I work the luckier I become!
