Ready to lose the extra baggage...

I'm horrible at introductions but I'm going to give it my best shot! I've been on SparkPeople for several years but never really applied myself to the website. I'm to that point in life where I really want to lose all this extra weight and I want to do it right. My entire life I have been doing yo-yo diets to stay around 150 lbs. I'm horrible at introductions but I'm going to give it my best shot! I've been on SparkPeople for several years but never really applied myself to the website. I'm to that point in life where I really want to lose all this extra weight and I want to do it right. My entire life I have been doing yo-yo diets to stay around 150 lbs. The end of 2007 I found out I was pregnant. This was a shock to me because I was told by several doctors I couldn't have kids. I did what everyone I knew told me to do, relax, don't stress, and eat when your hungry. Well, by the end of the pregnancy I was 248 lbs. That's right almost 100 lbs. Fast forward to after pregnancy, I struggled to lose the weight. The lowest weight I managed to get down to was 180. I wasn't happy and took it out on everyone. I even broke down and got lipo, which didn't help with the weight loss or self esteem. In 2012, I had some VERY stressful events happen all at once and I started packing on the pound again. I was up to 195 lbs when I found out I was pregnant in August 2012. With this pregnancy I only gain 38 lbs. I watched what I ate and drank a lot of water. Now that it's been approximately a month and half, I'm ready to lose all the extra weight.

My Goals:
- I want to reach my goal weight of 135lbs in a safe and healthy manner.

- I want to be able to run 2 miles in 15 minutes or less.

- I want to be happy with the way I look in a dress.

My Program:
Since I'm starting over yet again I'm still working on creating a program that works for me. This is an area that I struggle with.
