Hi Everyone,
My name is Mary and in 2012 I lost and kept off 15 lbs with the help of SP. Now in 2015 I''m on a mission to lose 50 more pounds. I don''t know how long this will take but that''s not important. The important part is making this a "lifestyle" change. I want to live like a healthy, normal, active person. I am taking it one day at at time and setting small attainable goals.
My ultimate goals are be be able to run a 5k to support Heart Disease and to Wear a Wonder Woman Costume and look hot for Halloween!

My Goals:
I'm on a mission to lose 60 lbs.
I want to:
Go to bed by 11:30 pm
Control blood glucose with diet and exercise, not medication.
Be able to do one pull up.
Be able to run a mile nonstop.
Be able to hula hoop.
Be able to do a cartwheel.
Be able to wear a Wonder Woman costume.

My Program:
I am eating more organic and less processed food. I'm brown bagging my lunch for work. I stick to 1600-1800 calories a day. I track all my calories on SP. I also workout 3 x per week.

Personal Information:
My name is Mary. I live in a North West suburb of Chicago. I also have an adorable doggie named Becca Bo Peep Monster or Becca for short.

Other Information:
I would like to talk to anyone trying to lose weight, eat healthier or manage their diabetes.

Oh no! I hate when there's temptation in the office. There are cookies in my break room and the only reason I'm not eating them is they are for a fund raiser and I have no money. lol! Well the work day for me is almost over, hope your last few hours go by fast!

I am on here today! Yesterday the eating was not so great BUT I walked on my breaks, did 40 min on the elliptical, and walked my dogs in the evening. I think that's a win! How are you doing?

Hey Mary! Aw glad to see you back. Lately not so good. I fell off the wagon and have been seriously slacking. Work life has been pretty bad and I know that's the main reason. I need lots of motivation and encouragement right now. Let's make a goal to get on here more!

Thanks for the blog comments. Unfortunately I do have Easter candy left and I cant find it in myself to throw it out. So sad. But i am only eating one piece a day....not that thats saying much lol. Anyways, congrats again on the wedding news. Its so soon too which is awesome. I hope you dont stress too much. You are going to be a beautiful bride! :)
