Little step at a time
I've been fighting with my weight since I was a kid (no hamburgers here - just sweets). Some time ago I decided to set myself a new goal - not to lose weight but to get fit. Not even lean - just fit. And I'm sticking to my goal as hard as I can.

My Goals:
lose 19 kg, run 10k, do 100 pushups at a time, get 20% of body fat, get totally fit
My Program:
My program includes exercising 7 days a week since I'm a beginner and need good conditioning. Exersice plan is very simple and includes: - walking/running as a cardio workout (based on beginner's running program from Running for Women) - weight workout + some calisthenics (based on 45 day plan by Stew Smith)
