Thanks for the comment on my sparkblog! I just wanted to answer your question about where I got the body fat analyzer. I actually swiped it from my mom's friend. She was going to sell it in our garage sale but she said I could have it if I was interested in it. (Duh I was!) so I've been using it. It asks for your weight, height, age, sex and then you can push "go" on it and you put your thumbs on these two little round metal dealios and it sends electrical stuff through your body. It's probably not very accurate, but it's what I can afford right now! 3164 days ago
Thanks so much for your comments regarding my pictures on my Spark Page. I don't know how often I'll change the pictures, but right now I'm really into flowers--especially irises which are my favorite (besides that, irises are the only thing that seems to grow for me besides weeds!).

I have been doing sparkpeople since 2006. I keep getting on, then getting back off. It's really getting annoying and I am hating that I do that. I just want to be at my goal already like I planned to be 2 years ago but I get sidetracked by things outside my control that influence me to "fall off the wagon".
I have such a wide range because I am calorie cycling. :) If you look at my program I listed my calorie intake. Calorie cycling is a theory held that if you don't have the same amount of calories everyday but you average out to a good intake, you can trick your body. I am a part of the calorie cycling team. :)
