Hi Mary, how are you doing? Sorry I don't log in much these days, I tend to do better by keeping a distance, just because i drive myself crazy, not because of anyone else.
I hope things are still going well for you. How's the running going?
Wanted to share, I just checked my BMI after weighing last week and got a shock! I'm at 29 now, down from 35 :) 2.5 stone lost in less than a year, maybe doesn';t sound like much, but it's magical to me.
Anyway, I hope you're well and hope to hear from you soon.
