Yes, I run like a girl, just try to keep up!

I'm a SAHM of 2 young children. I have reached my goal weight and am working at maintaining now as well as tone and tighten. I also am eager to learn new tips/habits to use. I want to be a good example for my children. I'm learning to cook healthier and am always looking for new healthy recipes!

Through SparkPeople, I have found my inner athlete. I never had the self-confidence to "try out for the team" as a kid. But I've pushed out of my comfort zone and have discovered ...

My Goals:
I want to maintain my goal weight which is between 106-110 (I'm very short!). I'm a runner and am always looking for a good race.

My Program:
I watch my calories and try to make smart eating choices for myself and family.
I do my best to run 4 days week, between 20-40 miles, depending on my training. The other days I do core training, yoga, pilates and some swimming.

My name is Mary. I'm 35, live in Indianapolis. I have 2 children, Kylie who is 7 and Matthew who is 4 years. Married to Brett for 9 years. I have a wonderful life!
