My Goals:
Run a marathon by age 40. get down to a size 8. Get down to the 140. Maybe try to get down to 135 once I get to my 140s goal. Run a 5K in less than 30 minutes. Eat few to no processed foods.

My Program:
Running, mostly. Training for 5K-10K-Half-Full Marathon! All by October. Don't worry, I've been running for a few years already. I am also doing yoga and ST (full body - mostly using my own body weight) twice a week.

Other Information:
I am 5'6"... I would like to be able to wear size 8 clothes (10 first though!), which I think puts me around 140-145 pounds. My ultimate goal would be 135, but we'll see.

I read a comment you made on the message boards in reply to someone who felt they worked hard at weight loss for nothing. I've never thought positively about my past weight loss efforts (I have been a yo-yo dieter for years), but I really like how you pointed out that those past weight loss efforts can still have a positive impact (even if weight is gained back) -- because you are right, just as I'm sure that original poster learned something from their experience -- I have definitely learned a lot from mine -- fitness, nutrition and lifestyle-wise. So thank you for pointing that out! emoticon
