    I saw you posted on another page asking about the veges and hypothyroidism and if they could be eaten if cooked. So I thought I'd do some copy/pasting onto your page! I too have hypothyroidism, another thing you really need to avoid is soy. Soy is one of the worst things you can eat with this disease. You can eat the Cruciferous Vegetables: Arugula. Bok choy. Broccoli. Broccolini. Brussels sprouts. Cabbage. Cauliflower. Collard greens. Horseradish. Kale. Kohlrabi. Mustard Greens. etc., IF you cook them for 20 minutes. Ewww. Talk about mushy veges! I'll pass! I'll still indulge once in a while in raw broccoli and cabbage, but am limiting myself. Hope that helps!
