Building This Bridge for Them
I am a Catholic homeschooling mom of three beautiful kids - well, the oldest two are in college now so only my baby is left at home with me (except in the summers). I am a breast cancer survivor, and I have degenerative arthritis in my hip, which makes walking painful. Other than that, I am pretty healthy. I want to make positive changes in my life, for myself and for my kids.

My Goals:
Right now my goals are to incorporate small healthy changes. One other goal is to be able to exercise without severe pain in my hip...not sure if that is feasible with my arthritis.
My Program:
Right now I am just trying to eat more fruits and vegetables, plus walking as much as I can without pain.
Personal Information:
I am originally an Army brat and have lived in quite a few places. Right now I am in Texas, at least for a while. I have three kids, ages 21, 18, and 11. My degrees are in chemistry, but right now I am concentrating on raising my children.
