I can be successful

After signing up a year ago I finally decided it was time to spend the time to learn my way around the Spark site and utilize its resources. So after 2.5 weeks I finally got brave and weighed myself and I have lost 8 lbs and already seeing changes. I am getting up earlier, probably because I am not snoring as much and sleeping better, I have more energy so my house is getting cleaner, dog is getting its walks and I am spending more time cooking. I made a deal with my husband - he is in charge ...
I made a deal with my husband - he is in charge of main dishes and I will do sides. Since this we are eating better because I have more time to spend time on the healthy aspects of dinner. Loving the Sparks recipes.

I have a very stressful job (RN) but am also dealing with the stress a lot better. I just this week signed up for an 8 wk course that will get me a day job with regular business hours that starts at the end of Sept and I can't wait.

Thanks for taking the time to comment on my flu shot blog! I believe in colonoscopies also as I've had two and they saved my life. I needed surgery for diverticulosis. Pockets in the colon that were getting infected and opened up into my abdominal cavity (diverticulitis)
